Originally formed in 1988, our company has delivered ‘best in class’ cleaning services throughout the UK for over 30 years. With a hugely experienced, and talented, leadership and management team we have delivered consistent high quality services throughout the years.

For over thirty years we have not only built up an enviable reputation and client portfolio, but we have managed consistently achieved a high contract retention level. With the growth that we have achieved, Knighton have consistently proved we are committed to delivering a best in class service.

Our success can be attributed to a solid professionally dedicated management structure. We have a proactive and innovative approach to the way we work and a commitment to train and develop staff.

With a strong management team that has a wealth of experience in the industry, the Directors have built a company with the key values of outstanding customer service and positive colleague engagement.

Greg Harden Founder and Chairman

Greg founded the company in 1988 and understands the operating complexities of the commercial cleaning industry, and what it takes to deliver outstanding service. He enjoys building successful teams and providing excellence in the company’s performance.

Peter Webster Managing Director

Peter has worked in facilities services for over 40 years as a manager, director, managing director and CEO. He has a passion for service quality and colleague engagement. In the past he has been chairman of the Cleaning and Support Services Association.

Amanda Grayling Financial Controller

Having worked for The Knighton Group since 1998, her current role covers the divides between pure accountancy, payroll, HR and leadership. Amanda’s philosophy is based on encouraging ‘People First’ principles, she is passionate about creating first class people and development of highly motivated teams that deliver exceptional service to customers.
